Yoshiyuki Ishizaki

Advisor to the Naraha Mirai General Incorporated Association, Deputy Director and Visiting Professor, Fukushima Innovation and Recovery Research Institute, Higashi Nippon International University Former Special Advisor for Fukushima Affairs, Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings, Inc. (TEPCO). He served at TEPCO in senior executive positions, including General Manager of the Public Relations Department and Plant Manager of Fukushima Daini Nuclear Power Station. In June 2012, he was appointed Senior Executive Officer, and in November 2012, Representative Executive Officer and Vice President.
From January 2013, he served as Representative of the Fukushima Revitalization Headquarters, where he acted as a principal intermediary coordinating communication and engagement between local communities and TEPCO under the post-disaster recovery framework.
After leaving TEPCO, he remained in Naraha Town, Fukushima Prefecture, and continues to be engaged in regional recovery and revitalization initiatives. In 2022, he founded NARAHA SUSTECH Co.,Ltd. and was appointed CEO.

Keisuke Mitsui

After joining Chase Manhattan Bank in 1985, he worked in foreign financial institutions, including Goldman Sachs, engaging in foreign exchange and derivatives trading as well as structured finance. During this period, he provided support to Japanese corporations in the areas of treasury strategy formulation, financial risk management, and assisted financial institutions with non-performing loan resolution and balance sheet restructuring. Following the establishment of his own firm in 2005, he has been involved in private fund investments in renewable energy, real estate, and corporate turnaround projects, as well as providing capital-raising advisory services to venture companies.
He also played a role in advancing the introduction and market development of Skype in Japan. Subsequently, he participated in the establishment of NARAHA SUSTECH Co.,Ltd. , where he has been engaged in regional economic revitalization initiatives through the development of industrial parks.

Junji Suzukawa

After working in sales and lending operations at Kiyo Bank, Ltd., he joined a third-sector industrial advancement support organization funded by the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, Japan (SME Support, Japan), where he was engaged in industrial upgrading support initiatives, including the establishment of an ISO certification and registration body. From 2004, he has served as a management and financial advisor, providing consulting services in areas such as information security and the development of renewable energy power generation projects. Since 2022, he has served as a Director of NARAHA SUSTECH Co.,Ltd.

Tadashi Suzuki

He began his career at a major general contracting company, where he was engaged in mechanical and electrical equipment construction and related project management.
After establishing his independent practice, he has served as a director of multiple companies, including a management consulting firm, a detached housing developer, and a real estate company, overseeing overall corporate management. Following the implementation of the Feed-in Tariff (FIT) scheme and subsequent electric power system reforms in Japan, he has been responsible for the management of large-scale land development projects, as well as real estate development and the development, operation, and management of renewable energy power generation facilities, including overseas projects. Since 2023, he has been serving as a member of NARAHA SUSTECH Co.,Ltd.

Kazuo Ishikawa

After joining the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI), now the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), he served in a wide range of departments, including the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy, the Consumer and Living Industries Bureau, the Environmental and Industrial Location Bureau, the Industrial Policy Bureau, the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency, the Commerce and Information Policy Bureau, and the Minister’s Secretariat. During his tenure, he was engaged in policy work related to energy policy, industrial safety regulation, logistics policy, small and medium enterprise finance, and consumer credit policy. He currently serves as Senior Advisor to NARAHA SUSTECH Co.,Ltd.
